Hi,  I'm Henry Hagan.  I prefer to live, work, and play in and around the water.  Doing so seems to always give me the inspiration for reflection. I spend a great deal of time thinking about leadership, corporate governance, visioning, strategy formulation, leadership development, executive compensation design, risk management, economics, free enterprise, and self discipline. I put this thinking to practice through my work at Vector Advisory, LLC, where I help CEOs and Business Owners enhance their long-term growth and profitability.  I  have the opportunity to observe and apply these concepts not only with Vector, but also through serving on other company and not-for-profit boards. As you might imagine, some of my best thinking on these topics occurs while I am engaged in my favorite Outdoor Life pursuits of sailing, skiing, fishing, scuba diving, and bird hunting.

I am blessed to have a close-knit nuclear family. Sims is my bride, of 40 years!  Remarkably our four children, and the spouses of the three who are married, really enjoy spending time together with us as a family, bringing everyone great joy.

I am also lucky to have three brothers who have all remained my best friends. We spend much time together, along with my immediate family, enjoying all of the outdoor life activities listed above.
